Students deserve timely supports, clear timelines, and collaborative planning — leadership must model the ethics and consistency we expect from educators.
Evidence-Based Special Education
Supporting timely, collaborative special education processes that follow provincial guidelines and prioritize early intervention. Families should have clear timelines, consistent communication, and meaningful involvement in developing supports for their children.
  • My son’s ADHD diagnosis did not result in timely or appropriate IEP supports.
  • A collaborative support plan submitted months earlier was not acted upon.
  • Bullying or peer‑related concerns were not documented, delaying intervention.
  • Conflicting staff accounts made it difficult to determine what supports were needed or implemented.
